Brought to their knees in a fierce subjugation
Their voices dripping in hatred and fear
Of their own feeble self-decimation

The road less traveled
Now cleared, and trampled by ignorant fools
The executioner's axe
Still dripping with blood from their necks
As the righteous endure

A single word, softly spoken
Could tear their world apart
A single shred of truth
Would rend their disgusting innards bare

The grating sound
Of feeble excuses for flocking
While preaching the virtue of self

The incessant claims of distinctiveness
Laid bare by the mirrors of truth

I've followed this barren road for too long
This way leads nowhere but ruin
